At Spirit Wings United, each pair of wings is made with love and care — and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because our wings are handcrafted and made to inspire imagination, we only accept returns or exchanges if your item is faulty or arrives damaged.

If your wings arrive with a fault, we’re happy to offer either:

  • A replacement pair (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the damage

 

 Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear.

Important note! 

We only accept returns in a 30 day window after purchase and only in cases of damage or faulty products. If you don't know the date of purchase don't worry we can track it down for you. Just fill out what you can and we will be in touch shortly.
